Ryan Field West Improvements, Storm Water Detention Facility along Ashland Avenue from

Central Street to Isabella Street, Phase III Engineering Services

AEG provided Phase III Engineering/ Construction Management services in the capacity of Resident Engineer. The storm water detention facility project was located along Ashland Avenue from Central Street to Isabella Street. The scope of work included the installation of multiple underground Storm Trap (Precast concrete Modular Storm water Management System) drainage detention system with 2.33 acre-feet detention capacity, pulverization of existing HMA pavement to use as aggregate sub grade improvement, permeable pavers for additional detention capacity, curb & gutter, PCC pavement & side walk with brick pavers, HMA binder & surface course paving along with the lighting & communication system and landscaping improvements. This project had a very aggressive schedule to be completed within 10 weeks prior to start of the first game on September 2, 2016 and the deadline was met.
