Anna Dukes, PE, SE is Senior Vice President of Civil and Structural Engineering at Atlas. With over 33 years of experience in structural design, primarily in the Chicagoland area, Anna has worked on numerous Phase I and Phase II transportation projects as a Lead Structural Engineer, Project Manager, and QA/QC Reviewer. Her background includes highway bridge design and rehabilitation, retaining walls, transit structures, cut-and-cover tunnels, railroad bridges and grade separations, waterfront bulkheads and piers, and construction engineering.

Anna’s work has included preparing Bridge Condition Reports, Project Design Reports, contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates, as well as Phase III support, including reviewing shop drawings and temporary works. As a Project Manager, she planned and coordinated work across multiple disciplines while overseeing project administration. Her most recent project was the rehabilitation of the 92nd Street Bascule Bridge over the Calumet River.
